"It's always at least okay to good, but something (cashews, chilli, too much sugar) always seems to vary. Same problem with Gujarati Magaj - last batch was too soft, this time round much better. I'm Kenyan, so maybe I have too much nostalgia and remember mum's cooking too fondly?"
